These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tactical Soccer’s services, including software and websites (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (which explains how we collect and use information), and our Acceptable Use Policy (which outlines user responsibilities).
1. Using Our Services on Behalf of an Organization
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.
2. Your Content and Permissions
When you use our Services, you may provide files, content, contacts, and other materials (“Your Content”). Your Content is yours, and these Terms do not give us ownership. However, you grant us the necessary permissions to host, back up, and share Your Content when requested.
3. Sharing and Responsibility
You are responsible for what you share and your conduct while using our Services. Do not share content unless you have the rights to do so. We may review content to ensure compliance with these Terms, but are not obligated to do so. Please safeguard your account credentials and ensure no unauthorized access.
4. Eligibility
Our Services are not intended for users under 18. By using our Services, you represent that you are 18 or older.
5. Software License
Our Services may allow you to download software (“Software”), which may automatically update. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software to access the Services. You agree not to reverse-engineer or decompile the Software.
6. Beta Features
We may release beta products or features that are in testing. These may be labeled as beta, preview, early access, or evaluation and may not be as reliable as other Tactical Soccer services.
7. Intellectual Property
These Terms do not grant you rights to the Services or any content or trademarks within them. We welcome feedback but may use suggestions without any obligation to you.

9. Paid Accounts
- Billing: Paid Accounts are billed on the date of conversion and renew periodically until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
- No Refunds: You may cancel at any time, but refunds are issued only as legally required.
- Downgrades: If unpaid, we may suspend your Paid Account.
- Changes: We may change fees with prior notice to your registered email.
10. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these Terms or pose a legal risk. For non-Paid Accounts, we may delete inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity with advance email notice.
11. Services “AS IS”
We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee them. The Services are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, except as required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tactical Soccer and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of use, data, or profits. Our maximum liability is the greater of $20 or the amount paid to us for the last 12 months of Services.
13. Resolving Disputes
Before initiating formal action, contact us at dispute-notice@brandi.pt to try resolving disputes informally. If unresolved within 15 days, claims may be brought in the courts of Barcelos, Portugal.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, except when superseded by other jurisdictional mandates.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Tactical Soccer, replacing any prior agreements. They create no third-party beneficiary rights.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you if revisions significantly affect your rights. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to any updated Terms.
